"You talk with Bob and Bob comes and does the work. We needed to get a range hood externally vented. We provided Bob with pics of the area where the work needed to be done and he was able to let us know that this fitted within the scope of work he does. He was very easy to communicate with by e-mail and phone and prompt to reply. He showed up on time, assessed the details of the work that needed to be done and discussed different options of what could be done and the rough costs associated with each of them.
Bob got the work done on time. He has all the tools and will let you know if he can do the job.
